"We were all very impressed by the treatment we received from yourself from the first time we met you in the weeks before the event. You completely put Gemma at ease and she noticeably relaxed following that initial meeting.

On the day of the reception everything was just perfect, from our arrival to departure the next day. The coffee reception on arrival was very impressive from the girl who served us to the quality of the biscuits provided and the reception room was kept remarkably clean given the amount of people who were in & out of it and it was remarkable how she managed to serve & clean up as she went about her work.

The reception itself was a resounding success. The food was lovely and the service fast, friendly and efficient. In fact, I must give special mention to Dominic ( I hope I've remembered his name correctly!!) His attention to detail from the entrance of the wedding party to the clearing of the tables for the entertainment was spectacular. So much so that several guests commented on the almost military precision with which he 'ran' the whole meal. All the food was all served at once with no one left waiting to be served while others were eating and the same after each course when ALL the tables were cleared in almost unison.

All-in-all we found the whole event to be a very pleasant & happy occasion and we all have very happy memories of the whole day."
