Terms & Conditions:

•  1.       The rental is for a minimum of a monthly period
•  2.       The minimum price for the One bed is €1300 per month and €1600 per month for the two bed.
•  3.       Payment is by bank transfer, Bank draft or cash
•  4.       The price for the apartment includes electricity & light & heat.
•  5.       The price includes the use of hotel facilities including, leisure centre, Restaurant & bar.
•  6.       A security deposit of one months rent and deposit must be paid in advance.
•  7.       The apartment will be cleaned twice a week usually on a Wednesday & Saturday. This will involve making  the beds, changing sheets, removing rubbish, cleaning the bathroom and replacing Soaps. The apartment will also be hovered Polished & dusted.
•  8.       Towels will be replaced on a daily basis & rubbish removed.
