The Regency Hotel now has one and two bedroom, fully furnished apartments available for long and short term letting.

One and Two Bedroom Apartments

Brand new one and two bedroom apartments, tastefully decorated, and fully furnished and finished to a very high standard.  Plasma TV in bedroom and 37" Plasma TV in sitting room.

Terms & Conditions:

  •  1.       The rental is for a minimum of a monthly period
  •  2.       The minimum price for the One bed is €1300 per month and €1600 per month for the two bed.
  •  3.       Payment is by bank transfer, Bank draft or cash
  •  4.       The price for the apartment includes electricity & light & heat.
  •  5.       The price includes the use of hotel facilities including, leisure centre, Restaurant & bar.
  •  6.       A security deposit of one months rent and deposit must be paid in advance.
  •  7.       The apartment will be cleaned twice a week usually on a Wednesday & Saturday. This will involve making  the beds, changing sheets, removing rubbish, cleaning the bathroom and replacing Soaps. The apartment will also be hovered Polished & dusted.
  •  8.       Towels will be replaced on a daily basis & rubbish removed.
