Bray Jazz Festival returns for its 13th year on the upcoming May Bank Holiday weekend.

The festival runs from 4th-6th May, the festival will stage concerts, recitals and pub trail gigs at hotels, bars, theatres and other recital spaces in the town over the three days of the bank holiday weekend.

Described by All About Jazz last year as 'one of the very best small jazz festivals in Europe', we're delighted with the endorsement, and are working hard to live up to the billing.

Economics matter however, and like many others operating in areas of the arts we have been forced to scale things back slightly this year, but are confident that we have managed to again put together a recession-beating programme featuring some of the very best musical improvisers from both home and abroad.
