Royal Hotel & Leisure Centre Conference Theatre

Already popular for conferences and other corporate events - as well as important social occasions and live shows - the Powerscourt Suite at the Royal Hotel & Leisure Centre in Bray has been extended and upgraded. This elegant, spacious ballroom can now host up to 550 delegates theatre style, 300 conference style, and 350 guests for a banquet.

Fully air-conditioned, and with a large dance floor and two bars (for end of successful conference celebrations!), the Powerscourt Suite is the proud flagship of the hotel's range of conference and banqueting facilities.

Its sister suite - the Kinsale Room - is suitable for smaller conferences or important corporate meetings, catering for up to 40 people theatre style - or 20 boardroom style.

Three further conference suites are available in Royal House, next door to the hotel. These 'Woodbrook Suites', named for Bray's famous neighbouring golf course, can cater for up to 40, 55 and 12 people respectively.

All of the conference rooms are beautifully appointed with natural lighting and air conditioning. They provide an environment free from distractions and conducive to a productive day. Comprehensive audio-visual equipment is available.

The hotel's location is ideal for conferences and other corporate meetings. Ample secure car parking is available to the rear of the hotel, but it is also easily reached by public transport from Dublin city airport; Dublin, Dun Laoghaire and Rosslare (Wexford) ferry ports; or by train or bus from any part of Ireland.

Dublin's rapid electric train service - the DART - will take visitors from Dublin city to Bray railway station in 35 minutes (connecting with mainline trains from Northern Ireland at Connolly Station or with Buslink, ferrying passengers from the south and west of the country from Heuston Station), or from Dun Laoghaire's ferry port in 20 minutes. A combination (known as Airlink) of this service with a special bus link will bring guests from Dublin city airport in just over an hour. Mainline train services will bring delegates from Rosslare ferry port (Wexford) in approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
