2nd or 3rd year Commis Chef
required. Pastry experience preferred. Training in conjunction with

Breakfast Supervisor:
Required for the
Regency Airport Hotel. Responsible for the running of breakfast,
implementing standards and staff policies. Must work well under pressure
and be committed, as well as hardworking.
Conference & Banqueting Co-ordinator:
Required for the North Star Hotel. The successful candidate will be people orientated, sales focused and a self-starter. Previous experience in a similar position is required. The ideal candidate will operate well under pressure, work well as part of a team and be computer literate.
